As of January 1st, 2022, at our business partners’ meeting, it was decided that all prices would be governed under Price Control Acts. This decision was made to better track and control the charges made to customers of both small and large businesses.

We cover all major and minor aspects of the field, from the simplest “how-to” questions to more intensive jobs. We offer products and services of all types and ensure that we provide the best solution to suit your needs. We ensure that the customer gets what they need while staying within the scope of what they want, ensuring fair treatment in both services and products. We offer comparative pricing on our products and services, allowing us to provide a broader range of options to our customers.

We guarantee our customers round-the-clock service and full accommodation of their schedule and availability. Matters of urgency are dealt with effectively and promptly, and we take pride in providing full 100% confidentiality to our customers’ data, regardless of the circumstances.

To our long term customers not under contract

  • All diagnostics are free of charge.
  • Any service that can be resolved within a few minutes without requiring technical work, either on premises or by bringing the item to the workshop, is free of charge.
  • Remote services that take up to half an hour are free of charge.
  • Password resets for network users (email or OS logons) are free of charge.
    Inquiries, questions, and quick training sessions are free of charge.

Services Applied on premises:

Services applied on premises for 31 minutes or more are billed at $150 per hour, this covers all forms of services, including:

  • Software maintenance
  • Hardware maintenance
  • Network maintenance
  • Security maintenance

On-Site Repairs:

  • On-site repairs where parts are provided by the customer are charged at $150 per hour, plus the cost of the part or parts provided. (Parts and services may be billed on separate invoices.)

Items Brought to Workshop:

  • Charges for items brought to the workshop are based on the work being done on the item.
  • There are no service charges for customers who bring their items to the workshop if we are providing the necessary parts for the repair.
  • Customers who provide their own parts are charged a service fee starting from $150, depending on the extent of work required on the item.

Our customers under contracts are governed by the terms of their individual contracts.

Every contract is specifically tailored to the customer’s specific wants and needs. This is done to ensure fair pricing and the provision of services that meet the customer’s requirements, fostering a long-lasting relationship.

This approach also allows contracts to adapt and scale with the business, promoting professional and mutual understanding between all parties.

These contracts not only minimize downtime for clients but also ensure that the business operates at 99% efficiency at all times. Clients also save significant amounts of money over time because, in the real world, problems will inevitably arise. These contracts ensure that any issues that arise are dealt with in a cost-effective and timely manner.
